Integral Mindfulness Etkinliği
Enneagram, kişiliklerle ilgili eski bilgelik geleneklerinin bir sentezidir. Enneagram Kişiliği ego saplantıları, kutsal fikirler, tutkular ve erdemler veya farkında olduğumuz/dikkatimiz nerede ve çevremize nasıl tepki verdiğimizi anlamımı sağlar.
Mindfulness ise sistematik olarak ana, çevreye ve kendine dikkat etmektir. Sadece o anda olan her şeyi, onlara doğru ya da yanlış gibi yargılar atfetmeden, farkındalığımızı artırarak kabul etmektir. Düşüncelerimizin, duygularımızın ve eylemlerimizin onlara odaklanarak farkında olmamızdır.
Bu yöntemlerle kendimizi ve başkalarını daha iyi anlayabilir, bizi sınırlayan kalıp yargılardan uzaklaşarak sağlıklı iletişim kurabiliriz.
Kuzey Afrika ve Orta Doğu’daki ilk ve en büyük IEA akredite Enneagram okulu olan “Enneagram Egypt”ın kurucusu ve başkanı olan Dr. Khaled ElSherbini ve Doğu ve Batı’dan gelen tüm ilişki bilgeliğini bir gelişim modeline entegre eden ve sağlıklı Bütünsel Aşk İlişkisini birlikte yaratmada bekarları ve çiftleri destekleyen yazar, eğitmen ve danışman olan Martin Ucik ile Enneagram ve mindfulness arasındaki ilişki üzerine derinlemesine bir workshop için bize katılın.

Mindfulness Activity
The Enneagram is a synthesis of ancient wisdom traditions about personalities. The Enneagram Personality provides my understanding of ego obsessions, sacred ideas, passions, and virtues, or where we are aware/attention and how we respond to our environment.
Mindfulness, on the other hand, is systematically paying attention to the moment, the environment, and oneself. It is simply accepting everything that is happening at that moment by increasing our awareness, without attributing judgments as right or wrong to them. It is our awareness of our thoughts, feelings, and actions by focusing on them.
With these methods, we can better understand ourselves and others, and we can communicate in a healthy way by avoiding stereotypes that limit us.
As the founder and president of “Enneagram Egypt”, the first and largest IEA accredited Enneagram school in North Africa and the Middle East, Dr. Join us for an in-depth workshop on the relationship between Enneagram and mindfulness with Khaled ElSherbini and Martin Ucik, author, trainer, and counselor who integrates all relationship wisdom from East and West into a developmental model and supports singles and couples in co-creating a healthy Holistic Love Relationship.

Our Thursday events are free for a while and donations are accepted.
