Integral Mindfulness Etkinliği
İç huzurumuza şu anda olana teslim olduğumuzda ulaşırız. Bu iç huzuru dışarıya yansıttığımızda, daha huzurlu bir dünya yaratmaya yardımcı olmuş oluruz. İntegral Farkındalık çalışmalarıyla teslim olmayı öğreniriz. Teslim olmakla pes etme arasındaki farkı anlamamız önemli. Sadece teslim olduğumuzda farkındalıkla harekete geçebiliriz, pes ettiğimizde ise hareket etmeyiz.
Farkındalık çalışmaları veya yoga gibi pratiklerin bizi daha fazla mutlu ettiğine dair doğrudan bir gösterge yok. Hatta uyanma sürecinde daha mutsuz olmamız ve “ruhun karanlık gecesi” diye adlandırılan dönemden geçmemiz gerekebilir. Ancak zamanla hayatımıza sonsuz mutluluk getirecek gelişimler yaşar, sağlıklı ilişkilere ve amaç dolu bir yaşama sahip oluruz.
Katılım ücreti: 50 TL
Düşük gelirli katılımcılar bizimle iletişime geçip gönüllü iş veya burslu fiyat bilgileri hakkında bilgi alabilir.
Ödemeni etkinlik öncesi İntegral Center’da ya da iban yoluyla yapabilirsin.

Integral Mindfulness Event:
We find our inner peace when we surrender to what is now. When we project this inner peace outside, we help create a more peaceful world. We learn to surrender through Integral Awareness practices. It is important that we understand the difference between surrendering and giving up. We can act with awareness only when we surrender, and we do not act when we give up.
There is no direct indication that mindfulness practice or practices like yoga make us happier. In fact, we may need to be more unhappy and go through the so-called “dark night of the soul” during the waking process. However, over time, we experience developments that will bring endless happiness to our lives, and we have healthy relationships and a life full of purpose.
Participation fee: 50 TL
Low-income participants can contact us and get information about work exchanges or scholarship price information. You can make your payment before the event in Integral Center or via IBAN

Exit by following the Mecidiyeköy / Metrobus signs.
Walk under the E5 Viaduct in the direction of Trump Tower.
