Most people can differentiate between their body, mind, feelings, and emotions. And some people have a sense about their personality types and personal preferences. The exploration of ourselves becomes a little bit more obscure when we look at the unconscious dimensions of our being; sometimes with a trained therapist. But what about the soul? Does it exist at all? Is it tied to the body or does it exist before birth and after death? Is it personal, pre-personal, or transpersonal? And what about spirit? Is it different from soul and if so how? What do modern genetics and neurobiology tell us about the soul and spirit? After our weekly meditation, we will share our experiences about the soul and spirit, and Martin will provide some insights from his latest book Sex Purpose Love about the topic and how it practically impacts our lives.
