Yesterday, somebody said to me:” We are entering the century of emotions.”

So let’s get things straight…!

Something is happening to us.

Do we just have a feeling, or is it already an emotion?

Do we think it is not important?

But do we know the very important difference?

Are we really able to use the right feeling in any situation, or we triggered by our shadow, which is covering our consciousness?

OK, let’s play with our shadows and find it out!

A human is only human when (s)he plays 😉

Here is something to think (meditate) about before the workshop:

Feelings sometimes change to emotions, these sometimes change to shadows, but shadows can become our karma. Oops!
